I bought my first house I skipped a few steps like, Get Pre-Approved for a Loan, Get Final Mortgage Approval, Get a Home Inspection and many more steps like that because I was a all cash buyer. Do you think it was right and ethical for me to skip many steps? Like home inspection, and looking at buying cars on the link you gave us it has 13 steps but when you buy a car it only takes 6 steps, and some of them are the same can you name them?
