The questions are referring to when a business has to make a change in the way it operates.

1) The first question is asking what does a change manager need to do/know to be prepared for an internal change so he or she will successful? 2) The second question is asking if change management analytical tools such as Tableau can help to identify why a change manager successfully accomplished the change in operation or not?

If we must "prepare for reasons projects fail," how can we identify those reasons? And, can change management analytic tools help us to identify those reasons
