I chose Brunei as the country that the Singapore company will enter. The company specialises in tailoring services as well as retail.

Students will write on their recommendation of the entry mode and marketing plan for the Singapore company in the new country. The report will include the following:

• A recommendation of a suitable entry mode for the new country, with supporting reasons. The entry mode proposed must enable the company to open physical stores.
• A recommendation of the company's integrated marketing plan in the new country, with supporting reasons. The marketing plan proposed must take into consideration of the culture and norms in the new country
• A description of one key strength and one key weakness of the Singapore company at the point of it's opening in the new country. When working on this section, students will assume that the recommended integrated marketing plan will be rolled out and apply their understanding of SWOT
