Assess and briefly describe your level of success in meeting each of your Leadership Learning Objectives from PLP component 1. Please address all 3-5 of the objectives you wrote about in component 1. Briefly describe the accomplishments and challenges you experienced while working toward meeting these Leadership Learning Objectives. Highlight key points in bold. Identify and briefly describe your future learning goals surrounding leadership. These goals should be based on the information you've learned about leadership during your time in this course. Don't forget to include citations to indicate where these learnings have come from (as a reminder, you should be citing the textbook or Ares readings, not the information written directly in the 'content' sections of the website)
