1. Your Patient or The Economic Scenario-You want to make economic scenario. Be sure to include economic indicators, data, models, etc. to show the current economic status.
2. The Doctors-Who can help in this current economic situation? What "doctors" can diagnose and propose some solutions? What do those solutions look like? Include all the tools in your toolbox and policy options available.
3. The Prescription-What will your final solution look like? Will it involve multiple solutions? Justify why you are choosing this route over others. Keep in mind what you are trying to fix.
4. The Results-What results should you achieve? What are the short run and long run results of your prescription? How will they impact the "patient"? How may they impact others?
