I completely agree with you, that no everyone answers surveys honestly. So at that point would should be the recourse of action? The employee is actually not a good fit for the job but they did exceptionally well on this survey only because they were in need of higher paying position. I would say that the Johnson's Training Requirements Model has it pros and cons and it can be utilized in situations where its effectiveness of good outweighs the bad
