I designed the a detailed process map of the current state of the STARR card distribution process in an oil and gas industry. The entire process involves employees picking up a card at designated points to record incidents or hazards they must have intervened or wants management to look into. I input metrics such as takt time as $3\mathrm{.}52$ hours per demand of $50$ cards per month $(22$hrs$)$ per employees for $8$hrs a day, with a total processing time of $370$ minutes and lead time of $10$ days. The activity ratio is $7\mathrm{.}8\%$ and rolled throughput yeild is $44\mathrm{.}7\%.$ Also deveolped a Kaizen event to reduce the processing time.
