I do not feel like there is enough governance over the debt and equity markets to ensure market participants are sufficiently protected.Market participants are getting hit with high interest rates which does not help encourage growth or additional spending. If the lender or issue is aware of something happening in the market, the buyer should be aware of the matter before purchasing securities. The buyer should also always ask just in case the issuer doesn't mention anything.
