I experienced poor healthcare services when I had a dental emergency. This was a poor healthcare related service because the need for urgent care was not addressed in a timely manner. I had a tooth ache that started with mild discomfort that quickly escalated. It was Friday night, and my dentist would not see me until Tuesday. I called the emergency number on Saturday. The doctor called me in a prescription which did not help with the excruciating pain. The doctor determined from my last visit that I had a cracked tooth and needed a root canal.
