I feel a that an individual thatrelate to the syncretist,attempts to reconcile and or blend different dimensions of belief and practice into their lives andsees it as a logical conclusion of acting consistently in every aspect of their life. All my favorite managers have had this quality about them. They appreciated our differences and utilized them in different areas. Do you think this is an important attribute a servant leader should have?
