I find generational studies interesting. I almost did my dissertation on some generational dynamics but ended up going another route $($humor in the workplace$).$ I am surprised I find it interesting because I generally don't like being pigeonholed. I really don't care to find my enneagram and I recognize that tests like the MBTI have some validity flaws. Perhaps it is the jaded, skeptical Xer that I relate to when it comes to generations. My parents are from two different generations and it is interesting to see what shaped them.

Class, what are your thoughts on generational differences? Were you pleased to see this question or is it something you'd rather skip?
