I find that the English system is easier to understand than the metric system even though we are taught both. What system do you prefer and why? Though I find the English system easier to understood I do wish that the United States used the metric system instead. I say this because the U.S. is one of the only countries that uses this system. I feel that if we used the metric system like the rest of the world certain conversions and translations would be easier to grasp regardless of what country a person is from
