I had a group presentation and I have to write what skills I developed within the time frame. The reflective writing should be on the following components: Effective communication, the chosen intervention- problem-solving skills, teamwork, skills development- which skills have been further developed, and how and, leadership quality.

The presentation was based on the organizational culture in NHS where we had to deal with the client from NHS. We needed to plan the communication map and project plan in the first week and collect some data on clients and have to suggest how they can do better in their organizational culture to reduce the problem in the organization.

Now I need help with reflective writing. Can u summarize and send the intro, body- skills, and conclusion in summary?
