i had to log out I may have lost my question. I downloaded the brainard bennis and farrel case and exhibit 2 is not included when I view/download. It's imperative I find out how the raw score is calculated. I'm trying to figure it out but I'm stuck. if you don't have exhibit 2 can someone please explain the raw calculation for me? thank you, Judy
