1) What is CASL and what activities does CASL prohibit? Identify the level of jurisdiction of the legislation.

2) What is bait-and-switch selling? What legislation(s) does this practice contravene?

3) In what situations can a business considered to be a Dominant Position of its industry? How does legislation protect consumers from businesses in Dominant Positions?

4) What is the general rule for the determination of priority between mortgagees and what is an exception to this rule?
