I have a file.txt which is formatted like below, How can read this file using JAVA that can give me the result as integer that will match (0,27,276), (0,136,300), (1,80,200), (1,92,238), (1,115,232), (2,43,504),(2,56,73),...,(2,393,324)

(Note: there is a new empty line in the file when moving from 300 to 1, 232 to 2.)
