I am permanent resident and get convicted some CIMT last year my immigration attorney help me with cancellation of removal, which the law said: You have at least seven years continuous residence in the United States after having been lawfully admitted to qualify to cancellation of removal. So in my case, I was admitted to USA since th June get green card th July only travel internationally exact month from th august to th september and receiving notice to appear on th july So in my case, will it consider years continuous residence in the USA after having been lawfully admitted for cancellation of removal, or if I am very close to years, or already over years
