I am permanent resident and get convicted some CIMT last year 2023, my immigration attorney help me with cancellation of removal, which the law said: You have at least seven (7) years continuous residence in the United States after having been lawfully admitted to qualify to cancellation of removal. So in my case, I was admitted to USA since 13th June 2017, get green card 28th July 2017, only 1 travel internationally exact 1 month from 15th august 2022 to 15th september 2022 and receiving notice to appear on 15th july 2024. So in my case, will it consider 7 years continuous residence in the USA after having been lawfully admitted for cancellation of removal, or if I am very close to 7 years, or already over 7 years ???
