I have a subject of economics in crossed glances on the company where the objective is to connect the context of the big resignation during the covid (shortage of manpower, the questioning of the values of the individuals, search of better quality of life, etc) with the concepts of the authors such as Max Weber, North, Polanyi, Marzano, MCcloskey, Olson, Adam Smith, Machiavel, Catherine Larrere, Ronald Coase, Can you help me to find concepts/ideas being able to integrate the subject?
