i have alot of product images in my Iphone that i sometimes forget its height

SO

my question is, what app for my iphone i can use that

allows me to write down my dimensions in an image since i already know what its height but in time i forget so i prefer to just edit the image

something profesioanlly since i dont want to use the draw tool in my images

-ps( i prefer something FREE is possible)
