I have always dreamed of opening up a few restaurants in my hometown to bring back some of the different cultural food I have tried from traveling. I would start this venture as an LLC. I just wouldn't want my own personal assets at risk in situation where my restaurant could get sued for maybe injury or sickness. The startup would not be to outrageous as it wouldn't initally be a chained restaurant. Staffing would be pretty fulfillable with only may 20-50 employees. All in all with me and maybe one other partner I believe I could start this LLC adventure especially with avoiding double taxation
