I have an assignment which is called Final problem -solving Researched Proposal. I will attached you my Final Project Proposal memo below can you please go through and modified it properly and answer the following question below. A persuasive researched-based proposal addressed to a specific, named decision maker (that is, a person who has the authority to implement a recommended solution to a specified problem), stating a REAL, managerial problem that affects a group in your local area (NOT a national or international issue of large-scale complexity with no single decision maker). This problem could be in your workplace or school, church, or volunteer organization, or any other entity governed by some specific decision maker who has the authority to approve and implement your recommended solution. (I have already done this which is attached below) Your proposal must offer an ORIGINAL solution to the decision-maker (not simply endorse a solution some other person or group has advocated), and including, in this order: 1. Letter of Transmittal to the external decision maker OR Routing Slip to the internal decision maker via any required intermediate approval stops 2. front Page (listing the decision maker's name and title, the title of your proposal, your name and position, and the date) 3. Executive Summary (the revised and graded version of your Discussion Topic response) 4. Table of Contents (listing every section and beginning page number) 5. List of Illustrations (the illustration/graphics titles and page numbers where your illustrations/graphics appear - - NOT the actual illustrations themselves) 6. Introduction 7. A series of Text sections separated by specific headings and including at least two integrated and sourced illustration/graphic aids (that is, incorporated on the same pages that discuss each) and in-text APA-format citations reporting at least eight external references that are listed alphabetically in the Works Cited page. 8. Conclusion(s) 9. Recommendations - a series of step-by-step actions for the decision maker to take to implement your proposed solution 10. An citation- style References page (so titled) with at least eight alphabetically-listed references in APA format

image text in transcribed Memorandum TO: Rianne Kravitz, COMM-390 Professor, UMGC FROM: Neha Kunwar, Student UMGC DATE: 03/28/2023 SUBJECT: Final Project Proposal Introduction I am writing to provide a solution to a real-life problem at XYZ Corporation, where I work as a part-time HR assistant. The issue is connected to the late payment of salary to employees, which has resulted in discontentment and demotivation among those workers as a result of the situation. Nevertheless, because I am only employed part-time, I do not have the authority to make any adjustments to the manner in which salaries are paid. As a result, I am going to suggest a solution to this issues that we are having. Actual Problem The employees at XYZ Corporation are experiencing financial strain and annoyance because they are not receiving their salaries on schedule. Some workers have even admitted that they are so desperate for cash that they will accept any job, even if it means sacrificing their qualifications. Sadly, the management has not taken any decisive action to resolve this problem, which has caused employee dissatisfaction and decreased productivity. Specific Decision Marker(s) The CEO of XYZ Corporation, Ms. Jane Doe, is the decision-maker in this situation. She is in_ charge of establishing guidelines for employee compensation and making sure that workers receive fair and timely. Compensation in her capacity as CEO. Proposed Solution In order to solve this problem, I suggest that XYZ Business set up an automated system for the payment of salaries to its employees. This system would guarantee that workers would be paid on time. This system ought to be integrated with the Human Resources and Finance departments of the organization in order to eradicate any and all payment delays and inaccuracies. In addition, the organization needs to check everyone's pay by conducting a salary review to ensure that everyone is being paid properly according to their level of experience and expertise. Draft report Final edit Conclusion In conclusion, the problem of late compensation payments at XYZ Corporation requires immediate attention from management. In order. to address this issue, I have a solution in mind, which involves carrying out a salary review and putting into place a system that would handle the payment of salaries automatically.
