* The hours needed from direct labor to produce one unit estimated at: 2 SR 25/h in the preparation workshop, and 1 SR 30/h in the completion workshop.

* Annual fixed indirect industrial expenses: maintenance of 6000 SR, fire insurance 9600 SR. The variable indirect industrial expenses are charged on the basis of direct working hours per month as follows: motors 0.3 SR, heating, and lighting 0.2 SR, work 0.3 SR.

* Estimated marketing and administrative costs include: packaging expenses 3 SR per sold unit, insurance expenses: 7000 SR per month, total distribution expenses for January and February :SR 5,100 distributed by sales value, and administrative costs estimated at 20,000 SR per month.

* The value of sales occurs in cash during the month in which the sale takes place, and purchases are paid at the end of each two months, while other expenses are paid as soon as they are realized, and the cash balance at the beginning of January is estimated at 1000 SR.
