I have chosen "Project Scope Management in FMCG Industry" for my literature review paper. In the last chat, the references shared was in terms of texts and not links. Could you please share links as am unable to get it from searching. Also please share 15 articles so that i can complete my research paper (please share as many references as possible). 1. How do project managers in the FMCG industry define project scope to align with rapidly changing consumer preferences and market trends? Has agile methodology been used? 2. What strategies are effective for controlling scope creep in FMCG projects, considering the pressure to deliver products quickly and maintain competitiveness?

Assignment - The paper should be based on 15 or more current (no more than 5 years old) Journal and Conference articles or other credible PM sources like Gartner, McKinsey& Co, etc. No more than 2 of these sources may be used: PMBOK, textbooks, blogs, websites for company products (like ASANA) and PMI books, and these should be limited to definitions or common PM information.
