I have concluded for Question 1 (a) is a joint venture and thats why for (b) is that Jack and John is not liable to pay Fresh Painters because referring section 10 of Partnership act 1908,it was made clear on the contract that Joe was not liable to order any materials without getting authorised by Jack.Please advise if I'm on the right track.
