I have created a new and improved sports drink. The purpose of the drink is to help athletes recover and get a better sleep after an evening game or workout. I made up all the ingredients and the drink has chamomile and valerian in it to help with sleep. It has a lot of potassium and low sodium. No artificial colouring or flavours.
