I have created a product for my market entry presentation called "the water walker". This product is a waterproof underwater walker that will cater to the needs of the elderly by allowing them to gain independence and mobility when in the water. I am taking my company internationally in Japan as it has the highest elderly population. Please answer the following questions.

1. Would you be entering the market with a first-mover advantage or entering an existing market?

2. would manufacturing be held locally in Japan or would there be export tariffs to consider when exporting to Japan for sales?

3. How would things be worked out for the manufacturing process

4. Would transportation costs be high when outsourcing or are all materials acquired locally? B

5. I will market this product through media and advertisements on TV. With that being said, would they be able to purchase these items at a friend's price at department stores in the pool supply section (such as floaties) or in pharmacy locations for medical use? Would they be strictly acquired through insurance benefits if the costs are high?

6. Would they fall in the same sector as wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches?

please use a diffrent country other than japan that has a high older population and lots of pools.
