I have four python lists:

[x, y, z] (this's the header names specific for each list)

[a, b, c]

[d, e, f]

[g, h, i]

How can I combine them and make an array or csv as this:

	x	y	z
0	a	d	g
1	b	e	h
2	c	f	i
