I have had several team work experiences, since working in a hospital is all about work but if I have to pick one experience as an example I would pick my first code blue experience. It was a code blue and definitely very stressful and chaotic but I would still consider that as a positive team experience. Everyone kept it super calm, communication was very clear, knowing roles and responsibilities and constructing a good plan was very impressive. And one thing what I think could have done better was to take some actions little quickly, for example using an end tidal on a patient right after they started the CPR. But overall, it was a positive experience with most of the team dynamics, such as good communication, collaboration, individual roles and responsibilities as a task related dynamics of the team, where as motivation and engagement as an individual dynamics of the team. how to respond the comment
