1) For EACH of the four principles, list two specific actions that you would recommend to implement Scientific Management in the 24-24 operation. Provide a few details on how you would proceed to implement the action.

2) For each action, identify the expected impact on some organizational performance metric (e.g., increase or reduction in cost, turnover, cycle-time, throughput, absenteeism, personnel, etc.).

3) Describe how your recommended action results in the impact if not obvious. Discuss anticipated pitfalls or challenges to S.M. implementation; the order of the actions if important for success; which actions produce the greatest benefit; which actions require the most time, money or other resources to implement, etc.
