Credit sales are collected in the month following the salt d. Each month's ending inventory should be 25% of the following month's budgeted cost of good sold. e. 30% of the month's inventory purchases are paid for in the month of purchase; the remainin 20% is paid for in the following month. f. Monthly expenses are as follows: salaries, $10,000; rent, $6,000; advertisements, $2,000; othe expenses [excluding depreciation), 12% of sales. Depreciation is $3,200 for the quarter ann includes depreciation on new assets acquired during the quarter. Equipment will be acquired for cash: $4,000 in January and $6,000 in March. .
