I have not completed extracurricular activities, however I did start working at a local supermarket part time during the spring semester being a full time student managing to keep all my grades above a B. I work as a ShopRite "Shop from Home" department employee, my daily responsibilities include accurately picking and packing customer orders. This involves navigating the store to find the items on the customer's list, ensuring they are of good quality (especially for perishable items), and packing them securely for pickup or delivery. I provide customer service by answering customer queries, or making substitutions for out-of-stock items in consultation with the customer. As well as communicating effectively with other team members, especially when coordinating order fulfillment or addressing issues.
