I have read that about 25% of engagements do not end in marriage, and another 40-50% of marriages end in divorce.Say 100 people decide to propose to someone and that someone says yes -- only about 45 of those 120 people will have 'till death do us part' hold true for them.? What might any of this have to do with partnership accounting?
