Accordingly, this is the CSV file:

As you can tell, the Member Date's are all different. I am wanting to rewrite the dates to be in MM/DD/YYYY format. I need a regex code, if possible, to do this. I prefer no Pandas because I don't know what that is. This is for a beginner level coding class.
