I have to hand in an essay about how covid 19 affected a specific book retailer of my choice from a marketing management point of view. I am struggling to find a big book retailer who has enough information on the internet for the whole analysis for example, segmentation, covid affects, 7p etc.. As I only speak english I would like to get some suggestions from UK or USA market. Not amazon, i would like to discuss about an offline shop, as the emphasis should be on the negative effercts.
