I have to research an existing international transportation company. I want a new answer to the following questions I will state below. As part of this, I have to research the company, history, operations, service offerings, modes of transportation, etc.

1) explain how they are managing their international logistics activities. how the company effectively manages its logistics operations and supply chains as well as how they are achieving the "7 Rights" of Logistics. Remember the objectives of a successful logistics/transportation operation include achieving the "7 Rights" i.e., the right product, the right customer, the right price, the right time, the right condition, the right place, and the right quantity. and the last you should summarize which of the "7 Rights" the company has as its greatest strength compared to its competition and which of "7 Rights" the company could improve on. Most companies find it very hard to achieve all 7 Rights perfectly.

2) try to Consider choosing a publicly traded company then make sure you can provide examples such as suppliers, vendors, office locations, etc. for your logistics operations.

3) Post the company you have chosen to research and provide some information as to why you made this selection. should reveal how your selected company meets the "7 Rights of Logistics".

You will have the freedom to select the transport mode you would like to use. If you are interested in working with road transport, pick a trucking company to research or select a company that uses water transport, air transport, rail transport, or pipeline transport.

4.) Please research a company as discussed above, and provide me a brief description of the company, its operations, history, organization structure, etc.

5.) Please provide me specifically what line of business the company in question is involved with, what modes of transportation are they involved with, and which areas they cover, are they operating internationally or domestically?

6.) Based on the research you conducted from research and findings, what target market does the company in question cater to? For example, do they specialize in moving oil and gas products, forestry goods, etc? Please provide me with specific data on which market the company in question caters to.

7.) From your research, please discuss the transportation management systems (Software) the company in question uses to manage their day-to-day business. You can be creative here and call the company in question, If possible provide me the name and do your research on the specific systems they use and provide me what the benefits of using this system are.

8.) Please prepare a process chart describing the specific process the company goes through from initial contact with customer to delivery of goods to the client and receiving payment. Please discuss from A-Z how the company processes a shipment. You can use a flow chart to answer this question as well.
