CASE 6 As Johnny Rebel was shopping at the Happy Hippy Health Food Store, he was confronted by Karen Bizziboddy and her gang, the Grumpy Grannies. Karen screamed at Johnny "You sociopath! You aren't wearing your mask! Your selfishness is going to kill my granny friends! Put on a mask right now or we'll take the law into our own hands!" Johnny, who had contracted Covid 19 early in the pandemic and had recovered fully from the disease through the use of Vitamin D and a zinc mineral supplement, knew (i) that he couldn't get sick again because he had acquired natural immunity that protected him from subsequent infection, and (ii) that because he was now immune to the virus, he could not possibly infect anybody else. He calmly tried explaining his situation to Karen, but she refused to listen to his logic. She continued to threaten Johnny and call him "a granny killer." Happy Hippy, the owner of the store, broke up the confrontation. She kicked Johnny, Karen and the Grumpy Grannies out of the store. As Johnny was getting into his car, he was confronted by Karen and the Grumpy Grannies, who viciously attacked him, causing serious injury to Johnny. Johnny sued Happy Hippy
