I just can't seem to understand statistics. I ave a total of399,421, a mean of 7,047 a median of 49,36, a minimum of 519, a max of 47,117 and a standard deviation of 8,358.00. I need to know how to do the following.

1.Determine if there is sufficient evidence to conclude the average amount of marriages is greater or equal to 7000 in the United States and territories at the .05 level of significance.

2. Give the value of the test statistic

3. Report the P-Value

4. Clearly state your conclusion (Reject the Null or Fail to Reject the Null)

5. Explain what your conclusion means in context of the data.

Can you please show me how to do these problems? I will appreciate any help I can get.
