Two geographically-located hosts, one in San Francisco, another one in New York are communicating using the stop and wait protocol. The servers are connected via a link with rate Rlink = 1.25 Gbps, and an observed RTT of 60ms. Packets of size L = 1480 bytes are transmitted from San Francisco and New York. Please compute the following: a. What is the transmission time of a packet along this link (i.e. compute dtrans). b. Once a packet is transmitted, when will the last bit arrive at the destination? c. Suppose the ACK packet sent from New York back to San Francisco is so negligible as to take O time to transmit that we don't need to compute its transmission time.
