During lockdown, the group has risen up to the challenge of the difficulty of communicating. We achieved this by planning a group call on Zoom every Sunday to discuss what stage of the report we were at and to share ideas that may have come up during the week. These ideas often came up whilst members were doing their sections which led to recommendations coming up in which we could use. During the Zoom call we agreed who was doing which section of report and we could assess where we were at the end of the week and what needed to be done for the next week. Any issues or questions that needed to be addressed in the week were discussed in our own consultancy Whatsapp group. Once the sections were completed by the members, the work was sent to Ellie who formatted the work sent to her into our report. This ensured that the sections were relevant to the contents and that the report flowed
