Differences and similarities can vary and will bring different challenges via how the team works and operates together. For example, team member D may have a harder time building a strong team connection due to having a low extroversion level. While the other members that all have a high extroversion level will likely come together easier. This would bring the challenge of team cohesion. While a similarity such as all team members having similar level of agreeableness can bring the team down. What this means is that the likelihood of everyone agreeing to something without debate is possible. This could be harmful if the topic at hand requires options or a different perspective.
