I look for two components in every answer. First, are the statements factual, and did you document your source(s) when appropriate? Second, I look for the thoroughness of your recognition of the issues referred to and your analysis in responding to each question. Because no two questions are the same, it is not reasonable to list a minimum number of words. However, in most instances, the minimum expectation for each question is at least one to two detailed paragraphs.
