What do you think about dropping Kelsey from the team at this point?

We could remove her, but I believe in "the more the merrier" when it comes to any work. Even if we have her expertise covered, we could always use more team members.
Kelsey and I both have a marketing background, but I think she still has a different perspective and plenty of insight left to contribute.
Honestly, Kelsey has been a duplicate for my work, but we need her to cover for another team member who hasn't been performing well.
