I manage schools as a school director and as a teacher. I think that the stakeholders for a school director and a teacher would be the students, parents, school administrators, and society as a whole.

Please teach me how to answer the following questions:

• In my case, who are my organization's fringe stakeholders? What does it mean by fringe stakeholders?
• What level or type of engagement do you think/know that your company or organization has with those fringe stakeholders?
• Do you think this is enough? Could the company or organization benefit from more engagement? Could those stakeholders? Why or why not? Justify your answers; use other examples of firms engaging or not engaging with fringe stakeholders, to their benefit or detriment.
