I need a case study of organisational behaviour in an Australian small business or owner-managed family business in the Canberra state of Australia. (This study must be grounded in the theories we learned in our Management, Leadership, or Organisational Behaviour MBA unit).

The title must contain the economic sector/ industry/company. Project Title must contain the actual business activity/problem that it relates to; and/or the economic sector or industry or company that you are focusing on. What kind of Research problem, I can address? Also, can someone recommend one or two Research Questions about this project.
