I need a response or feedback on the below Statement:

The personal and professional experience that inspired my interest in my capstone project was, going back to school as a working adult raising four boys in high school and middle school. I knew eventually I would want to get into a career where I could getpeople together on a common platform to make them work towards a common predefined goal. A degree in organizational management can help mebuild the skills to write and lead teams and prepare me for managementpositions in business, education, government, and nonprofit industries. Organizational management involves planning, organizing, motivating, leading, and interpersonal skills, these are what's needed in the career path I was choosing to go in. This bridge program will help a lot more people that were in the same situation as I was. A working mother with children a family while trying to make sure I had all the credits I needed in order to enter the program. I didn't have them which placed a lot of stress on me the majority of the time because I had to double up on classes toward the end and it was quite stressful. That's where this bridge program will come in handy. A bridge program will allow other interested working adults who want to come into this program to do so with or without all the necessary credit hours and they won't be stressed out or rejected. For instance, this program would have absolutely been needed in my tenure in the program, based on me currently being in a leadership role now. It would definitely make things less complicated or stressful. Creating this program is a passion of mine to bridge the gap from the students who have all the credits to get into the Organizational Management Program to the ones who don't have the necessary credits. From the past courses, I believe the Transformational Leadership Theory which is known as Relationship Theory which focuses on the relationship between the leaders and followers (2021). This theory talks about the kind of leader who is inspirational and charismatic, encouraging their followers to transform and become better at a task. Another theory would be behavioral theory the emphasis shifts from the traits or qualities of leaders to their behaviors and actions. This theory considers effective leadership to be the result of many learned or acquired skills. It proposes that an individual can learn to become a good leader. This is one of the best leadership theories. These are some theories and concepts that I've learned from previous courses that will help and have helped with this project.
