I need a simul8 file! Scenarios Specifying Batch Sizes - Create 4 flows with the same layout, as described above (order arrivals, press forming ...).- First flow will show the system when N_1,N_2,N_3 are 10,10,10 respectively. - Second flow will show the system when N_1,N_2,N_3 are 10,20,10 respectively. - Third flow will show the system when N_1,N_2,N_3 are 20,20,20 respectively. - Fourth flow will show the "one-peace flow" system so N_1,N_2,N_3 are 1,1,1 respectively. Output - Throughput, at the end of the week - Average total time in system To Do: 1. Build a simulation model of the system described above using Simul8.2. Add texts in Simul8 model to display the values of outputs for each of the four scenarios. 3. Add a text which includes your comment about how you interpret your model's outputs. To Deliver: 1. Your Simul8 file.In this project you will create a simulation model of a "Pot Manufacturing Factory" and will evaluate working with different batch sizes during production. We will assume that the factory produces one type of pot. The pot is made of aluminium metal and some components which are assembled. The aluminium metal is reshaped and painted. After processing aluminium main body of pot, handles are assembled to the main body, and a glass lid is attached. Pot Manufacturing ProcessesScenarios Specifying Batch Sizes The objective of this project is to find out the differences between one-peace flow vs. batch flow. Batch flow is the enemy of Lean manufacturing and the idea in Lean manufacturing is to destroy unnecessary waiting, including "batching". In the defined system above, there are 3 areas of batching;
N_1, N_2, N_3
