Problem state: Improving laboratory efficiency and quality by developing a robust and compressive LIS

The problem is unmanageable turnaround time in the laboratory that results in delay in releasing results, then you receive bad feedback from clients.

8. Communication plan - Include stakeholders, stakeholder role and information needed, tools or channels, events generating communication, and level of responsibility.
9. Performance measures for the project - Indicate what they measure and the industry tools and methodologies necessary to the project. Include information on a mitigation plan in the event that the proposed project outcomes do not meet the performance measures.
10. Project management strategies - Outline the strategies that will be applied for planning, budgeting, and communicating the project plan to stakeholders.
