I need an explanation for logic of the terms guys.

I can actually understand of the logic of "Retention rate" here but how should we use the number of users and why there are no explanation about thirty day forecast all of these answers while using it.

Can somebody help me to solve this question? Cause, there are lots of wrong or missing answers here :(
