If you are a team leader, of a virtual team for a travel and tourism organization that is based in the United States. The team has been created to solve the problem of a lack in sales. The team goal is to develop a plan to increase sales by 25% within one year's time. The team members are new to each other and only recognize names because of emails. Because the team members do not know each other and lack experience being on a virtual team, a plan must developed to train the team to be effective as a virtual team The team has to be trained within 14 days of notification of being on the virtual team.
