in short, what does the user think/feel/do at each stage of their experience with the technology?

In addition to thethoughts, emotions, and actionsthe user takes, consider:

• duration/time (does the experience have a beginning, middle, end? If not, how is the experience best organized?)
• is there a target audience group, i.e. age, gender, educational status, relationship status...?
• Is there other context specific to the experience that we need to include?
• label the sensing, analysis, and feedback components of the system
